We have been fishmongers for 10 years so when this small fish & chip shop became available we decided it was the natural next step to take. Learning the trade was a challenge but so much fun, besides we wanted to get it just right. In the mean time we realised we had space for a small restaurant....Why not?
We have always had a passion for food and have always experimented in the kitchen. We are both self taught with no official training but when you love what you do it always shows in the dishes we produce. We try to use locally sourced produce when ever possible and all our fish is sustainably sourced from licensed vessels. We will always buy MSC certified fish when available.
